YUGALIX PRIVATE LIMITED ("Yugalix", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information when you visit yugalix.com, submit an enquiry, communicate with us or otherwise interact with our website.
This policy applies to the Yugalix website and website-related communications. Separate contractual terms may apply when Yugalix processes information for a client as part of a professional engagement.
1. Who we are
Yugalix is operated by:
YUGALIX PRIVATE LIMITED
CIN: U70200HR2026PTC150022
Registered Office: A1029, 10th Floor, Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India
Email: contact@yugalix.com
Website: yugalix.com
2. Information we may collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Information you provide directly
Our website enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide your website address and select the services you are interested in. The form does not ask for payment details and does not accept file uploads.
When you submit an enquiry, we also record the page from which you submitted it, a submission identifier and the time received. Our team may add enquiry status and follow-up notes. These help us respond and avoid duplicate submissions.
If you contact us separately by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel. That information may include your business name, role or contact details.
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, card security codes or other credentials through a general website form.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, our hosting, security, content-delivery or technical systems may automatically process limited technical information, such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- referring page or source;
- pages requested;
- date and time of access;
- approximate location derived from IP address;
- technical logs; and
- information used to detect abuse, errors or security incidents.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. It can process page visits, device/browser information and approximate location. Our analytics configuration omits URL query strings and fragments from the page address it sends, and does not send enquiry form field values. See our Cookie Policy and Cookie Preferences in the footer.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information for purposes including:
- responding to enquiries and requests;
- understanding your business requirements;
- communicating about services you have asked about;
- preparing proposals or arranging discussions;
- operating, maintaining and securing the website;
- detecting, investigating and preventing fraud, misuse and security incidents;
- troubleshooting technical issues;
- measuring and improving website performance where permitted;
- keeping appropriate business and communication records;
- complying with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or contractual obligations;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims; and
- sending optional marketing communications only if separately requested or otherwise lawfully agreed. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We do not use information collected through the public website to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your request for pre-contractual steps, performance of an agreement, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing the website, legal obligations, or your consent for optional analytics. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. No online payment collection
yugalix.com does not provide an online checkout and does not collect card numbers, card PINs, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords or similar payment authentication credentials.
If you become a Yugalix client, fees and payment instructions are handled outside the website under the relevant commercial arrangement. Client payments may be made directly to the company's bank account or through another method separately agreed with the client.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We store your privacy choice in your browser and treat it as valid for 180 days. An expired record is removed on your next visit; you can also clear it through browser settings. Google Analytics is optional and remains off unless you accept it. You can reject analytics and continue using the website and enquiry form, or change your choice through Cookie Preferences in the footer.
We do not currently install advertising pixels, remarketing tags, session-recording tools or third-party media embeds on this website. External social and WhatsApp links lead to separately operated services.
For the active inventory and durations, see our Cookie Policy.
6. When we may share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only where reasonably necessary with:
Service providers
Our current website integrations include:
- Hostinger, which hosts and delivers the website and processes web requests and technical/security logs.
- Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, which receive and store enquiry details, the source page, submission identifier and timestamp so we can handle enquiries. We may add status and follow-up notes.
- Google Analytics, which processes usage information only after you accept analytics.
- Email services used to reply to enquiries and, where enabled, notify our team of a submission.
Providers process information under the terms and privacy arrangements applicable to their services. See Google's Privacy Policy and Hostinger's Privacy Policy.
Professional advisers
Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants or other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
Authorities and legal process
Government authorities, courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies or other parties when disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, or reasonably required to respond to valid legal process.
Corporate transactions
A prospective or actual buyer, investor, lender, adviser or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
7. Client-provided and client-controlled data
Yugalix may provide marketing, advertising, analytics, technology, website development or automation services to clients.
In some engagements, a client may provide Yugalix with information relating to the client's own customers, prospects, employees, users or advertising audiences. Where Yugalix processes that information solely on the client's instructions, the client may determine the purposes and means of that processing and its own privacy notice may apply.
If your question concerns personal information collected by one of our clients rather than directly by Yugalix through this website, you should ordinarily contact that client first.
The handling of client data may also be governed by the applicable client agreement or data-processing terms.
8. International processing
Some technology and service providers may process or store information in India or in other countries.
Where cross-border processing occurs, we take reasonable steps to use service providers and contractual arrangements appropriate to the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, contractual, security, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements.
Retention periods may therefore vary depending on:
- whether you are only a website visitor;
- whether you submitted an enquiry;
- whether discussions resulted in a client relationship;
- whether the information forms part of contractual, billing or compliance records;
- whether there is an ongoing dispute or legal requirement; and
- whether the information is required for security, fraud prevention or record-keeping.
Enquiry retention is reviewed manually; the website does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion interval to lead records. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is required by law. You can ask us to review or delete an enquiry record by emailing contact@yugalix.com.
The 180-day browser preference and analytics-cookie periods described in the Cookie Policy are separate from the retention of enquiry records or data already processed by a service provider.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.
No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should therefore use appropriate care when deciding what information to send electronically.
11. Your choices and requests
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be able to ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you;
- provide information about how it is being used;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete information that is no longer required;
- withdraw consent for processing based on consent;
- stop receiving optional marketing communications; or
- address a concern about how your information is handled.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, contract, security requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
To make a privacy request, email contact@yugalix.com and describe your request. Please do not include passwords or identity documents in your initial message. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Where available under applicable law, you may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority or use another statutory remedy.
For company, website or privacy queries and grievances, contact us at contact@yugalix.com or +91 97738 74251.
12. Marketing communications
The enquiry form does not automatically enrol you in marketing communications. If you separately opt to receive marketing communications, you can unsubscribe using the method provided in the communication or by emailing contact@yugalix.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending service-related or transactional communications that are necessary for an existing business relationship.
13. Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and adults seeking professional services. It is not designed or directed to children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the public website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the website, contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
14. External websites and services
Our website may contain links to websites, platforms or services operated by third parties.
Yugalix does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Their own privacy notices and terms apply when you use their services.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, technology or legal obligations change.
When we make material updates, we will publish the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
