These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yugalix.com (the "Website"), operated by YUGALIX PRIVATE LIMITED ("Yugalix", "we", "us" or "our").

1. About Yugalix

3. Client agreements take priority
Actual client services are governed by the specific commercial documents agreed for that engagement.

- payment terms;

- approvals;
- dependencies;
- account access;
- intellectual property;
- confidentiality;
- data processing;
- cancellation or termination;

If a signed or otherwise binding client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms in relation to that client engagement, the client agreement will govern to the extent of the conflict.
4. No online checkout or payment collection
The Website does not provide an online checkout and does not accept payment credentials.
If you become a client, any fees are invoiced or otherwise communicated outside the Website and paid according to the applicable engagement terms, including by direct payment to Yugalix's company bank account where agreed.
Do not submit card PINs, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords, OTPs or similar credentials through the Website.

You may use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes.
You must not:
- use the Website in violation of applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, server, systems or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure;
